when Ernest goes into the bit about coworkers only being safe because of modern society and in “caveman” society he would crush them is amazing.
If you guys had had like a segment “ask master Remello” this would be the best thing ever. I would ask him
1- how many buttons would you win if you pull guard in an MMA fight?
2- How do i stop getting baby wrist locked? Every time i go to the kids class/baby gap I keep getting wrist locked.
Also matt’s openings are getting epic
Man you guys need to pay Ernest more or something! He is the best part of this podcast! (sorry Matt, you’re a close second!)
Ernest is like a drug. Much better in small doses. Too much and it can be bad for you.
