This week we feature the BJJ Animal Drills. Everyone knows to get better, you have to drill. All the cook kids are doing it.

    I’m fat and the chicken walk kills my knees. Should I not get so low or just forget it until I lose weight?

    How long do you recomend each one of these drills?

      Until you can implement it successfully in live training. After that, I would re-drill the technique every few weeks to reinforce the details and timing.
